What is Open Box?

Open box is adding more items to your current order to save shipping cost and the environment as well. We offer free shipping on orders over $175 in Canada or $195 CAD in US

We offer open boxes to everyone and you can keep it open up to 2 months.

After 1 month period is up or if you would like to close it early (and if you did not reach free shipping), We will message you through Instagram or email to close your box and send a $18 CAD shipping invoice to your email. 

To start or continue your open box at checkout, click on openbox under shipping method. PLEASE NOTE THAT OPEN BOX IS NOT FREE SHIPPING!

For every new item, you must pay up 100% upfront including shipping fee if you do not reach free shipping. Any unpaid orders or unpaid shipping invoices will be cancelled after 3 reminders.

Customers will be refunded 80% of the payment back to your original method of payment and the remaining 20% will be taken as a restocking fee.  

In addition, non-payers will be banned from Meraki Crystals instagram page and future sales and will be reported to Crystals Non-payers groups and lists on Instagram. So please pay on time and claim responsibility! 

Suggestion: Pay for listing with the shipping fee on your first order and if you reach free shipping, you will be refunded the shipping cost. If you don't reach free shipping after the 1 month period is up, your order will be shipped out!
